Turbo Installation

A turbo kit is not a bolt-on. Getting lasting power out of one means the oil feed and drain are right, the charge air is cooled, the fuel system keeps up, and the calibration knows about all of it. We install the whole system as a system.

What's included

Complete turbo system installation including manifold fitment, oil and coolant feeds, wastegate setup, and a full leak-down check.

  • Manifold fitment and clearance checks against steering, brake lines, and bodywork
  • Oil feed and gravity drain plumbed to spec, with restrictor sizing matched to the bearing type
  • Coolant lines on water-cooled centre sections, routed to avoid heat-soak on shutdown
  • Wastegate and boost control setup, mechanical or electronic
  • Charge piping fabricated and pressure-tested to your target boost
  • Full leak-down check before the car is calibrated
  • Base calibration and datalog verification on the road or the dyno

When people book this

  • You want meaningful power from a naturally aspirated engine
  • A previous install is leaking oil, leaking boost, or was never tuned properly
  • You've bought a kit and want it fitted by someone who'll stand behind it

Bring this with you

  • Any parts you've already purchased, so we can check compatibility before we start
  • Details of existing modifications, especially fuelling and exhaust
  • A realistic power target and how the car is used — street, track, or both

Questions we get asked

The things people want to know before booking turbo installation.

Can you install a turbo kit I bought online?

Yes. We'll inspect it first and tell you honestly whether it suits your engine and your power target. We fit customer-supplied parts without warranty on the part itself, and labour to refit one that fails is chargeable — but we'd rather tell you before the car is apart than after.

Does the car need supporting modifications first?

Usually. Fuelling is the most common limit, followed by the clutch and the cooling system. We work out what the whole package needs at the quoting stage so the number you get is the number for a car that actually runs, not just a turbo that's bolted on.

How much power will it make?

That depends on the engine, the turbo size, the fuel, and how much risk you want to carry. We'll give you a realistic range before starting and datalogs proving where it landed afterwards.
