Engine Swaps
A swap is an integration job, not a lifting job. The engine going in is the easy part — mounts, wiring, cooling, fuelling, and drivetrain all have to work together afterwards, and that's where most swaps go wrong.

What's included
Full swap packages including mounts, wiring integration, fuel and cooling routing, and drivetrain adaptation.
- Custom or proven mount fabrication with driveline angle checked, not guessed
- Wiring integration or a standalone harness built and labelled on the bench
- Cooling package sized for the new heat load, including hose routing and fan control
- Fuel system revision — pump, lines, and return where the new engine needs one
- Transmission adaptation, clutch, and driveshaft work
- Exhaust fabricated from the head back
- Full calibration and a shakedown before you get the keys

The things people want to know before booking engine swaps.
How long will my car be off the road?
Two to five days for a well-documented swap with the parts in hand. Longer if it needs custom mounts, a standalone harness, or machine work. You'll get a written timeline after inspection, and a call before anything changes it.
Will the car still be reliable afterwards?
That's the entire point of doing it properly. Cooling, fuelling, and wiring are where swapped cars fail, so that's where the time goes. Ours leave with datalogs and a shakedown, not just a running engine.
Is a swapped car still road legal?
It depends on your jurisdiction's emissions and inspection rules, and it's your responsibility to know them and to tell your insurer. We'll tell you honestly what a given swap affects before you commit.
